How to best view your website:Our website can viewed with your screen resolution set at 1024*768.- To change your screen settings, open the Control Panel on your computer located on your start menu.
- Select the Display option.
- Once the display option opens, select the Settings tag at the top.
- Click "OK" to apply. Close out of the Control Panel.

What if i have a technical problem and i can't get the tag website to work well?
What if the pages load slowly? - If you have a problem with the website, you can email us at tag customer service
- If there is a problem, it is likely that we are aware of it, however, we do appreciate your feedback.
- If the pages are slow to load, then you should contact your internet service provider.

What are tag's terms and freight policy?
- Net 30 days
- Freight ships FOB Woodridge, IL (southwest suburb of Chicago). The cost of freight is added to your invoice.
- Refer to tag's Terms and Conditions for more detail and/or please refer to the footer detail on our Home page.

How long does it take to ship an order?- New accounts can take 4-6 weeks if you are requesting Net 30 day terms.
- Paying with credit card can expedite the process. New account forms must be completed before an account can be set up. Please click on teh "forms" tab for more information. Please note: you must be a registered user and logged in to access the "forms" tab.
- A reorder generally takes 3-5 business days except during peak shipping periods(January, August and September) when it can take up to 10 business days.

When will my order be available to ship?
- Spring merchandise becomes available and starts shipping in mide-to-late December.
- Fall merchandise becomes available and starts shipping in late July to mid-August.
